Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Walk-In Care
We offer a wide breadth of primary care services:
Annual physicals
Sports physicals
Well-child exams
Well-woman exams
Employment physicals
Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals
Chronic disease management (e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.)
Preventive care
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments cannot be scheduled. As a result, we reserve time during the each day to serve walk-in patients. Please call the reception desk at 608-723-4300 or stop in clinic for walk-in care.
In-Office Procedures
In addition to primary care services, we provide many in-office procedures:
Laceration repairs
Toenail removals
Wart removals
Mole and other skin lesion removals
Casting and splinting
Intrauterine device (IUD) and Nexplanon insertions and removals
Laboratory Services
To provide as much convenience as possible to patients, we offer a variety of on-site lab services:
X-ray
Ultrasound
Exercise stress testing
Blood draws
Immunizations
In-home sleep studies
